A brief before your first coffee
Every work day at 8:30: your meetings, what needs you, and the risks that moved overnight. A review of the day before you log off.
T2 keeps every project straight, reads your Jira, mail and calendar, and has the next thing ready before you ask. It runs on your Mac and asks before it acts.
One payment · Mac app · works with your own Claude API key
Four meetings, three things need you, and two risks moved overnight. The payments project is the one to watch before tomorrow's steering committee.
Most assistants wait to be asked, or do too much on their own. T2 does the prep, keeps the record, and leaves every decision to you.
You talk to T2 like a colleague. It keeps the record, watches your tools on a schedule, and prepares what you need next.

Summary, milestones, RAID log, decisions and people for each project, kept current as you talk and as tickets move.
"I'll send Sara the slide by Thursday" becomes a task with a due date and a reminder, from chat, mail or a meeting.
Meeting prep, inbox triage, Jira blocker watch and your weekly status draft run on a schedule you set. Quiet after hours.
T2 can read almost everything. It changes almost nothing without you.
Posting a Jira comment, moving a ticket, replying to an invite: each one waits in Approvals until you say yes, on your Mac or from your phone.
Everything T2 learns is plain text in a folder on your Mac. Read it, edit it, back it up. Every change T2 makes is saved as a version, so Undo is one click.
T2 reads mail, tickets and documents as information, never as instructions. When a message tries to tell it what to do, T2 flags it for you and does nothing.
T2 runs on your Mac. Your work goes only to Claude and the tools you connect. Nothing of ours sits in between.
Your API key and every sign-in token live in the macOS Keychain, never in a file.
The Activity log shows what triggered each run, which tools it used and what happened.
Connect what you need. Leave out what you don't.
On macOS 26 or later. T2 lives in your menu bar and works quietly in the background.
From the Anthropic Console. Claude usage is billed to you by Anthropic, and T2 shows how much you've used.
Gmail, Calendar, Jira, Slack or any of the others. Setup walks you through each one in a few minutes.
Claude usage is billed separately by Anthropic on your own key.
No. T2 runs entirely on your Mac. Your notes, mail and tickets go only to Claude (to think) and to the tools you connect. We never see them.
You need a Claude API key from the Anthropic Console. Usage is billed by Anthropic to you, based on how much T2 does. You can pick Opus or Sonnet in Settings.
Not outside its own notes. Anything that changes something in your tools, like a Jira comment, a calendar reply or a Slack post, waits for your approval. It has no tool to send email as you and none to delete anything.
T2 runs when your Mac is awake. A missed morning brief runs once when it wakes, and reminders catch up after sleep.
Not yet. Today your phone gets approvals, reminders and the morning brief through your own private Telegram bot.
No. T2 is a Mac app.
